Creating Space for Rest
Hi! I'm Victoria (she/her), the founder and lead practitioner behind Pax Terra Wellness—a Reiki practice rooted in nature, stillness, compassion, and connection.

I’m a certified practitioner of Traditional Usui Reiki, with a lineage just nine degrees from Usui Sensei himself—the original founder of Reiki. But the real foundation of my practice isn’t found in titles or training—it's found in lived experience.
My Path to Energy Work
My journey with energy work began long before I had words for it. It started with animals—especially the ones often overlooked. Over the years, I’ve worked with municipal shelters, humane societies, and farm sanctuaries, caring for hundreds of animals in homes, fields, and as a foster parent. I specialize in rehabilitating the sad, sick, and scared ones. And in doing so, I discovered something sacred: that healing isn’t something we do to others. It’s something we invite, witness, and share.

Animals have been my greatest teachers. When I adopted my rescue dog, Nero, I began to feel my own energy shift. The grounding, the emotional attunement, the unspoken communication—it all woke something up in me. Reiki gave that connection a language. It helped me come back to myself.

Alongside my work with animals, I’ve walked my own path of healing through multiple chronic illnesses, including Endometriosis. Along with Western medicine, Reiki has been a vital companion in my care- helping me manage pain, reduce stress, and restore balance when my body feels at odds with itself. I’ve also leaned on Reiki to soften the edges of workplace burnout, finding clarity, rest, and resilience where exhaustion once took hold.

Today, I bring that same support to others. Whether supporting someone through chronic stress, workplace exhaustion, or strengthening the bond with a beloved pet, Reiki offers a way back to wholeness.
What Guides My Practice
I live by a deep commitment to liberation and intersectionality, which is why I follow a vegan lifestyle. My approach to healing is rooted in compassionate non-attachment. My mission is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, agenda, or expectation. Healing is not about fixing; it’s about allowing. I am a facilitator; a conductor. I provide space and guidance for you to heal yourself.

I believe that safety—emotional, energetic, and physical—is the soil from which true transformation grows. Pax Terra Wellness is a space of inclusivity. Every identity, body, and background is welcome here. Any, all, and no religious creeds and beliefs are welcome to come and receive Reiki. It requires no belief system to be effective.

Why I Do This Work
I know the relief of finally exhaling. I created Pax Terra Wellness so that my community could have a pause from the noise. A place where your nervous system can soften. A place where you don’t have to explain everything. You just get to be, and receive.

If that sounds like something you’ve been needing, you’re in the right place.
